Spiritual Growth

"Spiritual Growth has a lot to do with how we react to certain people. Extra sensitive souls can pick up attitudes and "hard" energies from others without them saying a word, even if they are very nice people. Many of them feel guilty for wanting to pull back, but there is certainly no need for guilt because they have ...to protect their heart." ~ Q Tar

(I am lucky to know one of these sensitive souls and fortunately he feels no guilt for the "bad" energies he senses or experiences.)
