This is very good news for Tim Burton. Actually, it's really good news for everyone at Disney.
There was a rumor floating around a few months ago that the acclaimed director, who just reworked the classic Alice in Wonderland, was now looking ahead to his next project and was hoping to cast Jolie in the starring role.
And Angie is totally into the idea!!
When asked if she would consider playing the villain Maleficent in a reworked spin-off of Sleeping Beauty, Angie replied:
"I would love to. It's all new and being discussed, but I loved her when I was a little girl. She was my favorite. Tim Burton, the chance to work with him would be extraordinary."
Sounds like a yes! Now i cant wait to see this happen!
